Raja, thank you for sharing this breathing technique. Just one question, is it appropriate for a hypertensive to do this breathing pattern. I am given to understand that holding breath is not advised for hypertensives. If you can clarify this, it would be great.
It will benefit all kinds of issues including endocrinal and hypertensive. Try it once and see and then measure your BP after – you will find yourself hitting normal ranges without medication soon.

Raja! You are PURE GENIUS!! Thank you for being a conscious channel for the Divine. These exercise are to balance the Vagus nerve and put our bodies back into harmony and health. My Vagus nerve is out of balance due to past trauma and causing microbiome imbalance in my gut and up into my lung, now affecting my heart and other organs. Exercise No 1 Head empty [ Clarity ] , Body heat [ virus will burn ],Erect posture [ Confidence]
Exercise No 2 Head Awake [ Motivated ] Abdominal Muscle strengthening [ a sense of Peace ] Facial Glow [ All 5 senses Heightened }
Exercise No 3 Head a slight Ache [ Tolerable more aware of my Head] , Facial Charm [ more Aware ] some sensations rising up the sides of the body till the middle of the shoulders.and sides of the neck.
exercise No 4 Burning from the abdomen chest neck face and head[ no virus can survive.
the soma area behind is very sensitive ticklish and sweetish.

Durning the pydra (?) mudra, I’ve seemed motivated to play with my crazy scream (with eyes wide open, tongue out), often transitioning to a favorite that is more of a fast jolt “Akk” sound with a full body single jerk. It feels energizing – almost magnetic – and after 6 or 8 I can’t discern if ii’s a receiving or sending feeling. I know our cats clear the room. For some reason I feel I should back-off – Not sure why?
